• Act as a first contact person of company to interact with customers.
• Interact with customers’ for their queries / concerns.
• Ensures customers’ satisfaction with accurate info & procedures.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
• Manage customer information material, i.e, maps, brochures etc
• Communicate with customers through postal/telephone & keep/maintain its record.
• Develop innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers.
• Support management in day to day activities.
