• End to end processing of  payroll.
  • On-going maintenance of payroll system and leaves Management .
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records.
  • Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
  • Maintaining leaves, overtime & other payroll related reports.
  • Contract Management of Contractual employees and consultants.
  • Processing of statutory payments.
  • Resolving Payroll Discrepancies with Internal Audit Department
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of  HR Information System.
  • Attendance Management & Reportings on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
  • Fully implementation of HRIS
  • Work alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS.
  • Documentation Management regarding Payroll and related files.
