- Managing website ie updating products from designers websites and adding onto my website
- Replying to emails to the following email addresses response within 24 hours
- They’re I’ll be added to all what’s app groups so they can Update client
- Customer service
- Taking calls if ppl want to get updates over calls
- Replying back on social media insta messages etc
- Customer service
- Each taken on website needs a pdf made with full details and pic of outfit and put onto the what’s app groups so all online and in store orders made into a pdf format and processed to each designer
- Reminders on all orders and deadlines
- Customer service .
