Sales Executive

We are a Lahore based premier real estate development firm specializing in building high-end apartment complex. We require the services of highly motivated sales executives (male and female) who have prior experience of at least 5-10 years in selling exclusive real estate project ventures especially apartment complexes.

The following attributes are required:

Identifies business opportunities by categorizing clients and evaluating their progress
Makes a pitch for selling apartment units by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
Builds business by identifying and serving prospects; makes effective follow-up calls
Provides support, information, and guidance; researches and recommends new opportunities; recommends service improvements
Makes follow-up calls to prospects
Sustains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
Formulates reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and inform all the details to relationship manager daily
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/training; participates in professional societies’ activities
Categorizes service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

Educational and Professional Requirements

Bachelor degree or graduate in any field and prior 3-4 years of demonstrable experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in real estate sector is mandatory
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Effective communication skills
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
Fast learner and passion for sale
Self-motivated with a result-driven mindset
