Handling daily operational matters of Corporate Affairs department of JSK Feeds Limited and its Associated Concerns.
To ensure timely compliance of all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
To identify and resolve important Statuary issues.
To coordinate with Account Department and Auditors for timely preparation of Financial Reports.
To ensure timely submission of Statuary Returns, Financial Reports and notices with relevant Government Departments.
To assist Company Sect. in holding Board Meetings and AGMs
Representing Company at different Government Departments and regulatory bodies including but not limited to SECP, Chamber of Commerce and State Bank of Pakistan.
Any other duty assigned by Company Sect.
