- To maintain Pre Sale Service MIS and update / reconcile the data on daily basis.
· Processing of Application / Proposal Documents within TAT.
· Process DSO and forward photocopy to assigned F&A hub with email a soft copy of details.
· Ensure to submit new business cases requirement post interacting with sales team regarding completion of pending requirement.
· Correspondence with Banca Operations / Under-writing for ready to issue cases.
· To ensure maximum conversion of business.
- To reconcile premium collection with submitted business and share orphan premium with sales team for improvement in submission of cases within TAT.
- To ensure resolution of pending premium cases post interacting with sales team regarding realization of premium (i.e. premium transfers / premium correction).
- Resolve queries pertain to premium collection raised by frontend sales staff.
- Coordinate with concerned sales person(s) in case of non-fulfillment of requirements within TAT.
- Correspondence with Banca underwriting for ready to be issued cases.
- To ensure refund of non-productive business.
- Resolve queries and complaints pertain to refund cheques against non-productive business.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor in lieu of the business operation.
