Able to perform startup and shutdown of compressors, engines, pumps and auxiliary equipments.
Monitor equipment functioning, observe recording instruments, gauges, flow meters and other indicators, and listen for warning signals, abnormal noises to verify conformity of process conditions.
Record instrument readings and operational changes in operating log.
Monitor and troubleshoot operating equipment.
Adjust valves and equipment to obtain specified performance.
Able to work well in a team environment, and to communicate (verbal & written) and understand instructions efficiently.
Remove and replace filters oil, chemicals and other lubricating fluids.
Perform preventive maintenance and assist maintenance staff in performing maintenance and repair.
Inspect compressors to determine adjustments or repairs needed.
Keep up-to-date technically and apply technical skills at your job.
