Area Manager Field Operations - KPK (District level role)

This is an operational position and the individual is expected to manage a district level operations comprising of 5-7 branches. He/she is responsible to oversee, monitor and supervise Branch teams to ensure that business objectives and targets are met in line with set standards and quality.

The job profile requires:

MBA/M.Com/ MSc Economic or equivalent from a reputable university

5-7 Years of managerial experience of portfolio management and or sales/marketing (preferably in development/financial sector)

Excellent leadership and team management skills to manage remote teams
Proven track record of target achievement and portfolio monitoring through implementing controls and policy compliance
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, report writing and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with challenging timeline
Strong cultural background with high personal and professional integrity
Willingness for placement in any KPK district with significant traveling
Salary is negotiable depending upon the profile of the candidate
