Regional Manager Field Operations (Provincial Role)

This is a strategic position, which requires managing dynamic and high-performing teams to ensure timely target realization, establishing & implementing internal controls and assuring the quality of overall operations within the assigned region, while handling a very exciting portfolio and activities.

The job profile requires:

MBA/M.Com/ MSc Economics or equivalent from a reputable university

7-10 Years of managerial experience in portfolio management and or sales/marketing (preferably in the development/financial sector)

Ability to manage and lead larger teams through Exceptional leadership
Strong planning, implementation, delegation and monitoring skills
Having excellent analytical, financial, problem solving and decision-making skills
Good at using data analytics in a technology-savvy environment
Strong cultural background with high personal and professional integrity
Excellent communication, report writing and negotiation skills
Willingness for placement anywhere in KPK province with significant traveling
Salary is negotiable depending upon the profile of the candidate.
