Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including tax filings.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Support management with strategic financial planning and analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CMA) preferred.
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
