We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer – Team Lead to become a part of our software development team. The right candidate must have 4-5 years of experience in software development. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience of client handling.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform as Software development lead
- Communicate directly with clients
- Prepare Technical documentations
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Requirements
- Should have Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Should have 6+ plus years of experience in same field
- Experience in JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, React
- Experience in working in Agile Scrum environment
- Experience in Project Management Tools.
Salary can be negotiated for the right candidate
