We are looking for a qualified Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, community engagement, online sales and customer service, we would like to meet you.
- Our ideal candidate has exceptional and written communication skills.
- You should be a people person with great customer service and sales/conversion skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
- Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
Responsibilities
- Set and implement social media communication strategies
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Engage within social media and other online groups/communities to boost brand awareness and increase sales
- Liaise with marketing team to stay updated on new products and promotions
- Build relationships with current and potential customers
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Requirement
- Decent knowledge in using social media either for personal or business use.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Diploma or B.sc degree
