We are looking for confident, well spoken, and talented individuals to answer phone calls for our USA based clients..We are ideally looking for USA return candidates. However, all applicants who demonstrate good communication skills.

Main Duties:

  • Handling Outbound calls, customer inquiries.
  • Achieve and maintain all performance, productivity, and quality targets set by the management.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong command over Spoken-English
  • .Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate with good keyboard skills.
  • Call center and/or customer service experience.
  • Must be able to work unsociable hours/shifts.Punctuality, discipline, and integrity.

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Telemarketing industry.
