- Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of billing documents for the company’s customers.
- Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, review reports, and contact customers to resolve discrepancies.
- Verify accuracy of invoices, credit memos, and other documents related to billing.
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and account information.
- Review "Rate and Weight" agreements for accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and document billing process and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and financial information.
