We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who has working experience, can work independently, and has the ability to handle multi task.

· Experience as a Customer Service Representative is must

· Problem-solving attitude

· Excellent communication skills

· Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

· Manage customer enquiries through to a satisfactory resolution

· Teamwork and leadership skills

· Customer-oriented mindset

· Having the ability to work under pressure

· Must be re-presentable

· Must have 2 to 3 years’ experience in customer service representative.

· Handling incoming chats, emails, calls from geographically diverse Clients.

Candidacy Requirements:

Candidates with O/A' Level background preferred
Excellent English comprehension and communication skills.
Good Typing speed
Answering phone calls, emails, and live chats
Fluent Spoken English
Communicating with customers
Processing orders, applications, and requests.
Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
