The selected applicants will be tasked with:

  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding company's client base while fulfilling the needs of existing client's business needs.
  • Developing & implementing sales strategies also conducting analyses of sales activities against set target/goals by company.
  • Compiling & analyzing sales figures,market trends,customer-buying trends, developing suitable business model. 
  • Discovering new customer needs & developing KPI's, ROI's monthly reports. 
  • Managing/Coaching the assigned team while ensuring that all company policies & procedure are adhered to. 

Education: Bachelors or Masters in Business Marketing & Sales. 

Experience : 5-8 of hands-on retain, sales and distribution team management skills.
