职位介绍

  1. Support the dealerships during development phase by monitoring the progress on agreed timelines
  2. Conduct OJT about After-Sales service transactions before formal kick-off the Dealership Operations
  3. Routine visits to the regional dealerships in order to confirm regular operations as per KLM Guidelines
  4. Work as liaison officer between Head Office and dealership in order to ensure the complete implementation of the KLM guidelines.
  5. Conduct go-and-see for hard to diagnose cases for the dealerships
  6. Continuous focus on dealership performance for main KPIs like increase in CS, Customer Retention and Service Absorption Rate
