Responsibilities

Maintaining the physical upkeep of the office spaces and complete responsibility for repair/maintenance
Maintaining the account payables/receivables
Managing/maintaining the Internet and printing networks that are managed through an already in-place system
Managing the access control system
Scheduling the visits of potential members and conducting the tour. Selling membership to the potential members who visit the spaces
Customer Service: Keeping up with the community members to be aware of any problem they might face and solving their issues in an urgent manner
Developing a unique community culture keeping in view our core values

Requirements

You should apply only if you are insanely proactive
Excellent problem solving skills are required.
Effective prioritizing skills. You should be able to figure out what is more important when two important tasks are at hand.
Decent communication and writing skills: you should be able to effectively communicate verbally and over email with the community members and managing team.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not necessary.
Socially active individuals are more desirable
