Manage customer complaints and queries and resolve them in a timely manner
Oversee stock levels and ordering supplies
Maintain knowledge about existing products of the bakeries, cafe' and be informed about the new products
Greet and assists customers entering/leaving the cafe/ bakery
Should be well informed about the ingredients of the products and ensure that the sales staff is informed as well
Monitoring the quality of the products and serives provided. Analyzing standards and quality records to certify compliance with company policies and product specifications
Control operational cost and identify measures to cut waste
Provide product knowledge to the customers
Guide the customers about the different products and ongoing Promotions.
Manages wait list during peak revenue periods
Ensure cleanliness of café/bakery area.

We are also extending our business arma in Event Catering, Frozen Foods, and our "KC on the Go" outlets at leading Petrol stations in different cities.
