Management of daily cash purchases for all the required items.
Keeping a record of all the purchased items along with their receipts.
Ensure the data entered in the expense claim form with respect to their GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
Ensure the invoices are kept with the expense claim forms and are signed timely by the head of the department.
Initiates approval and processes emergency purchases.
Processes competitive procurements and receipts of purchase.
Tracks the status of requisitions and purchase orders.
Performs related work as assigned
Knowledge of purchasing methods and procedures, purchasing sources, prices, market factors, product characteristics, reporting procedures, departmental procedures and policies; accounting principles, and follows controlling state purchasing operations.

We are also extending our business arma in Event Catering, Frozen Foods, and our "KC on the Go" outlets at leading Petrol stations in different cities.
