To assist procurement Manager.
To generate purchase orders according to requisition.
To procure stock from the company’s approved suppliers.
To cross-check the rates of articles that the company is purchasing.
To manages daily cash purchases.
Responsible for the availability of stock in all remote locations.
Reconcile daily cash purchases and verify rates from the market.
To supervise junior procurement officer.
To search and introduce new suppliers in the company in regards to good quality at the best prices.
Responsible for keeping a record of all purchases (location vise).
Bound suppliers to bring purchase orders, invoices, and corresponding emails along with the delivery.
The procurement officer will ensure all four (purchase order, invoice, corresponding email, and GRN) should be sign and stamp.
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
