- Look after general administration discipline, hygiene, housekeeping, building, repairs etc.
- Main residences at colony for officers and workers, in good condition.
- Supervise KTML canteen, Mess & Dhaba matters in order to ensure quality food for employees.
- Arrangements of air tickets & hotel booking arrangements for all official visits (for employees and guests).
- Monitor gate office/ weigh bridge activities.
- Monitor repair/ maintaince of vehicles & keep all record as well.
- Coordinate HOD in order to establish liaison with relevant Govt. authorities.
- Maintain the record of pending & completed work orders of colony & mills area.
- Coordinate all departmental audits as per requirement.
