Reporting all activities of the purchasing department to designated personnel.
Entering all the relevant purchase record in SAP and maintaining file in excel
Generating Purchase orders
Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and getting approved products to be purchased.
Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
Assisting in preparation of budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed
