Kualitatem's concern Kickstart Cafe is looking for an Accounts and Finance Executive

Industry: HORECA

Timings: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

Role: Full Time, Permanent Position

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Revenue and Profit Management
Procurement, Inventory Management and its Reporting
Costing & Menu Pricing
Daily QBO Management
Overall Accounting and Financial Reporting
Auditing our POS on regular basis
Manage cash drawer which includes paying expenses, denomination, cash reporting
Dependability, Decision Making, Problem Solving and Independent action
Managing change and continuously innovating for improvement

Job Skills Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates with an ACCA, BSc Accounts/ Finance, MBA Finance background in education and/or relevant work experience in the HORECA industry will be preferred
Experience: - 1-2 years will be preferred
A knack for innovation - it will help optimize the operations
Excellent decision making, problem-solving and analytical skills
Should be presentable with excellent communication & verbal skills
Should have an attitude of getting things done
