SUMMARY:

The focus of this position is to attract, screen, select, and onboard qualified candidates for open positions.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, telephone, and written communication skills including technical writing skills
Strong leadership skills
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge and ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and execution of assigned tasks
Ability to work well with employees at all levels of an organization
Ability to perform high workload under stress, pressure, and tight deadlines
Proficient in scheduling, planning, multi-tasking, and balancing demands
Proficient in Microsoft® Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Minimum Bachelors Degree Required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:

Recruit consultants from, job-boards or industry networks for projects for vendor partners or clients
Conduct rate negotiations with vendor partners and clients
Other responsibilities and duties as instructed and assigned by the supervisor
Attend periodic staffing meetings
Attend one-on-one meetings with your supervisor and clients
Prepare and deliver to your supervisor periodic status reports
Follow the employee handbook and all other work rules
Comply with your Non-Disclosure, Non-Solicitation, Non-Competition, and Assignment of Inventions Agreement
Perform all other duties assigned to you by the Company’s clients pursuant to applicable work orders/job assignments
