Legacy Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a Male CSR for its U.S Clients (Night Shift - 8:00PM to 5:00AM PST)
Fixed monthly salary + handsome sales commission will be offered.
Fresh graduates with good English written and verbal communication skills are highly encouraged to apply!
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance and customer support to our online clients through phone and live chat support.
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, Chat, email.
Skills Required:
- Excellent conversational skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Prior experience in call center will be preferred,
- U.S / UK accent will be preferred.
- Experience / Knowledge about the Printing process would be an added advantage
