We are a US based e-commerce company and we require you to expand our list of customers by reaching out to potential business customers that we provide you with.

Job Tasks:

Cold calling & pitching potential customers to promote the company’s products & services.
Generate leads for potential opportunities and executing the sales process.
Calling/Emails to existing customers and finding prospective clients.
Building a healthy sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
Working to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the company.
Collecting & feeding all the required data for sales onto the company CRM.
Updating the CRM with information on customers.
Following up with past customers and cross-selling products.
Providing assistance to other members of the sales team.
Following up on leads generated by other departments.
Investigating and resolving queries from customers.
