- Arranging of collections from carriers like fedex, ups and follow-ups for late pickups for all collections.
- Daily monitoring of delayed status of parcels and following up with the courier services through calls and emails.
- Recognize potential logistics problem areas and recommend the appropriate remedies to senior management.
- Daily coordination with team in order to ensure the shipments delivery Provide all the relevant information timely to carriers brokerage agents in order to expedite the delivery process.
- Maintain sla for customers’ deliveries and recommend if anything to be improved.
- Check the custom invoices of the shipping carriers in order to ensure the charged custom on shipments.
- Managing fba shipments for various regions Regular assessing the contracts with the courier services and negotiation for better costing and services.
- Hs codes verification and recommend better hs codes if cost could be saved.
