Duties & Requirements:
- Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
- Experience using supply chain management software and tools
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers
- Identify potential suppliers based on potential requirements
- Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing
- Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum production
- Process purchase orders to acquire goods
- Attend meetings with the finance, logistics team, vendors, and suppliers
- Manage upward communication
- Maintain stock levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
- Management and leadership skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented (Can deep dive)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Goal and task-oriented
