Meeting printers and vendors in order to gather information about existing costs and quality of material e.g. paper, its types, thickness, assisting the HOD in negotiating favorable deals, handling escalated incoming inquiries, Coordinating with HODs and faculty members on board, in order to collect new information for a brochure, flyer or booklet, keeping/maintaining a record of brochures/flyers/publications distributed to various departments/users, processing bills and gathering quotations from vendors, proof reading printed material etc.
MBA (Marketing)/MPA/MAS or Masters in Mass Communication or English with 1 to 2 years related work experience, preferably in a health care organization; should have good computer skills in English & Urdu, and be proficient at use of MS Office
