- Manage staff to attain higher quality services and hygiene standards.
- Confer with the company’s professionals to develop methods and to increase sales, expand the market, and promote our brand.
- Listen and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
- Provide staff with assistance and training in performing their duties and monitor the team.
- Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
- Meet, greet, and manage employees and customers in a friendly manner.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Active listening, monitoring, judging, decision making, service orientation, and coordination.
- We need competent, Punctual, and team-oriented people who are self-motivated and are willing to work and grow with our organization.
Qualification
- Bachelors in the relevant field or above
Requirement
- Necessary sales skills and have work experience with a food brand.
- Basic computer and data management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Team-oriented and self-motivated.
