JOB DESCRIPTION OF RETAIL ANALYST.
Limelight is a well-known ladies apparel brand which includes both stitched and unstitched range. We are looking for an energetic and experienced Retail Analyst to join our team. Duties of a retail analyst include providing analytical support to maximize product performance, conducting merchandising and financial analysis, analyzing sales reports and evaluating retail performance, and making recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and communicate daily SALEs reports on various levels for Senior Retail Management and shop Managers according to their information needs
Prepare Weekly, monthly, performance reports and dashboards to help Retail Management stay on top of performance issues and take corrective action in time.
Prepare monthly retail targets for each shop and regions for each category and performance KPIs.
Communicate and follow up performance targets through daily, weekly, & monthly reporting.
Calculate incentive & Bonus calculations based on monthly performance against targets.
Give input in improving incentive policy by analyzing historical data with actual payouts.
Conduct meeting with regional sales teams to discuss results and suggest actions.
Keep track on action items for sales team and provide feedback to management.
Prepare any other ad-hoc analysis assigned by management.
Requirements:
16 years education (BBA/MBA) / CIMA/ACCA from reputable university.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Expert in MS Excel, Basic User of MS Access
Experience of working on a BI Tool ( Preferred)
Good interpersonal skills.
