Receive and understand complaints of clients for computer interface products

Log all complaints on CRM. and prepare the engineer’s visit form
Assign complaints to area engineer for rectification within agreed timelines as per contractual obligations with client in morning meeting or on phone
Followup the engineer’s visit through regular telephonic contact
Receive, check and file visiting form to ensure complaint is rectified
File the visit form in case file & enter the same in CRM
Call up clients on regular basis for feedback regarding satisfaction of performance by our engineers
If complaint involves software, coordinate with Manager Software Development Department to ensure the complaint is resolved asap.
