- Responsible for the rectification of all types of complaints (software and hardware).
- Provides preventive services for contract and warranty to all of his assigned clients.
- Have a meeting with client regarding contract and payment recovery of outstanding payments related to his services.
- Assist support executives to follow up all due contract renewals in his territory.
- Provide good and satisfactory services to his clients.
- Maintain record of his services rendered and pending.
- Install computerized machines (hardware, software, communication) at client end.Train client for smooth operation of the installed system.
