  • Responsible for the rectification of all types of complaints (software and hardware).
  • Provides preventive services for contract and warranty to all of his assigned clients.
  • Have a meeting with client regarding contract and payment recovery of outstanding payments related to his services.
  • Assist support executives to follow up all due contract renewals in his territory.
  • Provide good and satisfactory services to his clients.
  • Maintain record of his services rendered and pending.
  • Install computerized machines (hardware, software, communication) at client end.Train client for smooth operation of the installed system.
