职位介绍

We are looking for an energetic individual with experience in office administration and HR.  Candidate must have 3-5 years experience in Software / IT Industry.

Skills Required

  • Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records accordingly.
  • Good communication skills and a team player to play a generalist role in Human Resource management & office administration.
  • Appointment scheduling, letter drafting, employment contract drafting.
  • Management of payroll, attendance records, leaves and as well as terminations and new job classifications.
  • Vendor management and coordination.
  • Must have good organizational, filing and clerical skills.
  • Very fluent in English speaking/writing.
  • Knowledge of MS Office. 

We need someone enthusiastic and passionate about making an impact in the workplace.
