• Conduct research to identify data/software new sales projects for industries i.e. retail and telecommunication in Pakistan and KSA.
  • Must be a deal closer and a fantastic negotiator.
  • Must have full technical RFP, scope understanding of data science, Artificial intelligence, data warehousing, data governance, etc.
  • Must have an excellent past sales track record of progressive multi-million PKR/SAR projects.
  • Generate consistent revenue, growth, and profitability for the organization and complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets as defined by the management.
  • Bring projects which involve meetings with i.e. MS team, C Level, GM, VP level client stakeholders and getting the deal done.
  • Motivate the sales team to set up high benchmarks for themselves and encourage them to enhance sales beyond the set targets.
  • Train sales executives by providing them coaching on sales and improving their productivity by providing them technical product knowledge.
  • Serve quotations based on the customers’ requirements and convert the leads into revenues for the company ensuring max hit ratio by aggressive follow-ups.
