- In this position, you would be responsible to retain our key client accounts and play an important part in generating new sales that result in a long-term strategic relationship.
- The position’s main role involves managing client portfolios through email, chat, and calls.
- You will be focusing on growing and developing rapport with existing clients, along with handling new leads and processing new accounts.
- The person is required to liaise between clients and the internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
SUITABLE PROFILE:
- Fresh university graduates from all disciplines (BBA, BS, BE, MBA, MS etc). Must have a 4 year degree from a reputable university (Complete on-job training will be provided).
Individuals with experience in sales, call centers, and account management in software based companies are preferred.
