Key Tasks:

You will be responsible to provide customer support services through email and chat.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Provide quality support through live chat and email.
Responding to Clients’ queries, issues and concerns.
Timings for the job is night/evening shift however, timing might change depending on requirement.
