(Phone, chat and email based Account Management of Internet Marketing Services for US and International Clients)
Key Requirements: Outstanding command over spoken and written English
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Only for initial training period) OR 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Salary Range: Rs. 70,000 - Rs. 200,000

Job Description:
As a project manager you will be managing different internet marketing related projects on a daily and monthly basis. These projects will be assigned to you based on your skills and capacity.
You will be responsible for:
1) Handling different projects for small to medium sized businesses in the US.
2) Working as a liaison between our production team and our clients.
3) Reviewing daily work of our production team and forwarding it to our clients.
4) Successfully completing and renewing assigned projects.
5) Collecting feedback from clients and update the production team if any revision is required.
6) Maintaining a weekly project status report, taking it from the production team and making sure that the results are delivered on time.
Skill Required:
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Suitable profile:
Fresh university graduates from all disciplines (BBA, BS, BE, MBA, MS etc). Must have a 4 year degree from a reputable university (Complete on-job training will be provided).
Individuals with experience in sales, call centers, and account management are preferred.
Other Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English
