In this exciting role, you will be responsible for

  • handling and responding verbal and written customer queries effectively,
  • following up with concerned departments and customers for complaint resolution,
  • coming up with intuitive solutions to resolve customer complaints to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and
  • coordinating with internal departments for seamless operation of the unit.
