Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- Must have background Knowledge of construction
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Responsibilities:
- Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents & good command on BOQs.
- Experienced in Interior and good Building Design sense.
- Conducting research and compiling presentations.
- Knowhow about market.
- Strong knowledge of Elevation.
- Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
- Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
- Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
- Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
- Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
.Experience:
- Architecture: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates who completed a Degree from a reputable institute may also apply
Salary: Rs 25,000 – Rs 35,000 per month
