Maanazil, a real estate company is looking for expert sales specialist.
Job Description:
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote offerings.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field.
- Having a Real-Estate background would be a plus point.
