The role will be responsible for developing relationships with SME/ Trade business Bank Departments and managing the existing portfolio in compliance with the Company’s policies and regulatory requirements.Also ensure the efficiency of customer service experience along with smooth processing of relevant transactions
- Salary Package: 40 to 80 K+ Commission (Depending on Strong Bank References)
- Manage and grow SME/ Trade based relationships of customers ensuring that their banking needs are met.
- To perform marketing & business development activities to achieve allocated targets
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing as well as new customers in person and via telephone calls
- Undertake Client relationship management to ensure client retention.
- Follow-up to close deal.
- Introduce new customers to the Company having a potential for SME and Trade business.
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and take proper measures and initiatives to improve overall service level.
- Submission of Sales / Visit Report on daily basis
