• Innovator, Enthusiastic and Inspiring
• Taste of Fashion, Design and Texture
• Knowledge of Foot Anatomy
• Familiarize with Market and Latest Trends
Core Responsibilities :
• The designing prototype for seasons, events and various occasions by identifying trend, color palette, concept and style
• Actively researching the market trends, looking further than the immediate scope of work and producing detailed reports following each research visit
• Contributing to update and maintain Visual Brand Identity aligned to brand positioning
• Tracking costing and retail pricing framework to maximize key stakeholders value
• Assisting in deciding on either in-house production or outsourced production of selected prototypes
• Assisting in deciding frequency of sizes being produced by analyzing local demand
• Monitoring production for quality control purposes
• Recoding previous bestseller and identifying further milking potential
• Reviewing category product to ensure brand cohesiveness
• Liaising with Merchandizers for any sort of support
