As an HR operations manager you will be responsible for supervising the general operations of all the departments in an organization. Your tasks will include assisting your team members, ensuring prompt resolution of employee inquiries, distributing tasks to the staff, and monitoring the employee’s performance. You will be in charge of checking inventories and report inadequate supplies to maintain employee satisfaction. You will be managing disputes and handling complains from the current staff. 

Job duties:

  • Handle technical issues encountered during office hours.
  • Ensure that the organization's policies have been communicated and followed by the staff personnel.
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
  • Inform the teams of any relevant upcoming events, meetings etc.
  • Supporting the planning, organizing, and management of general work procedures to ensure smooth flow of work.
  • Monitor adherence to workplace ethics and safety.
  • Oversee routine maintenance and storage of office equipment.
  • Audit functionality of all equipments, maintenance and floor operations.
  • Any other ad hoc task designed by the upper management.
