Sales / Marketing Specialist ensure that employees follow company policies and regulations. They review digital content to ensure it meets the requirements of each campaign, give feedback, and ask for changes when needed.
Duties and responsibilities of Sales / Marketing Specialist include:
- Completing performance evaluations for employees and contractors
- Researching ways to penetrate new markets
- Analyzing sales statistics and using them to report on the success of marketing campaigns and products
- Answering questions from workers and making suggestions to improve productivity
- Meeting with marketers, executives, product developers, or others to create sales strategies
- Using software to record sales and monitor employees
- Keeping marketing costs below budget
- Choosing the most effective places to advertise for each product or service.
