The Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
- To locate potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- To manage and maintain their monthly sales target.
- Daily add posting on all social media’s official accounts i.e., Facebook, Olx, Zameen, Instagram, LinkedIn; access given by the company.
- Daily calls to the leads provided by the company and follow up to their own potential clients. Minimum 5 calls have to be done per day.
- Researching organizations and individuals online especially on social media by posting adds to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- To update their daily data regarding sales and cold calling on live sheets shared by their managers.
