Job Responsibilities:

  • Development of commercial contracts as per Company’s standard, based on customer’s requirements.
  • Ensure vetting of contracts through Regional Heads and processing them through Regional legal team, for necessary approvals.
  • Building customer relationships in order to continue winning new contracts and ensure customer satisfaction by providing superior services.
  • Preparing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and ensure its compliance by Operations team.
  • Overseeing contract renewals and rate revisions.
  • Maximize sales volume and revenue in the assigned territory.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to identify potential for business growth.
  • Ensure that the organization complies with contractual obligations as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Attend networking events to identify business leads.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competition.
  • Overseeing branding / marketing activities to ensure all efforts are aligned with business goals.
  • Coordination with Sales team for lead generation.
  • Reviewing procedures pertaining to recovery from customers and identify areas of improvement.
  • Overseeing recovery activities and facilitate in resolving escalated cases.
  • Assessing ageing accounts with Manager Recovery and advise corrective actions needed.
  • Ensure correct data and support documentation is shared with customers, within agreed timelines.
