OVERVIEW:

Markalytics is a Canada-based Digital Agency, working in the eCommerce & B2B space. It is currently looking for a Full-time Digital Advertising manager w/ Paid Ads, Paid Media, and Digital Ads skills, to support its marketing and business initiatives. The Ads Manager will work 40-hours per week at the Marklaytics regional office located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

SALARY: From PKR 55,000 (based on portfolio & passing our initial Test & Interview)

PRIMARY WORK:

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Advertising Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital Ads campaigns across all channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute all digital Ads, including PPC/SEM, Social Ads, Google Ads, Retargeting etc. Also be expert in media buying skills and bidding for Ads.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Design, build and maintain our social media presence via Social advertising.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing / Advertising campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights of the eCommerce & B2B industry.
Brainstorm new and creative performance marketing strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably marketing or related field)
Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Proven working experience in digital marketing & Advertising (Agency experience)
Demonstrable experience leading and managing PPC/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager, GSC, Data Studio, FB Pixel, URL Tracking, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

OTHER DUTIES:

Organization & Project Management: Use excel sheets and other tools to keep track of all work, and establish priorities to deadlines.
Communicate and coordinate the delivery of projects, maintaining a high level of organization to ensure deliverables are completed.

EXPERIENCE:

2-3 years of digital marketing manager experience ; Agency experience preferred.
Relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Fresh grads are also encouraged to apply.
Freelancing experience is also preferred.
