Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person (female only) for the position of Member Support Associate, who can provide support to marrymax users in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Someone who can listen & respond to users for service related inquiries via phone, email & web.
General Responsibilities
- Provide help and guidance to users by answering questions and solving their problems related to their use of marrymax
- Listening & responding to users for service related inquiries via phone, email & web.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits that marrymax offers, to support and assist members appropriately.
- Provide additional guidance to users as needed.
- Make follow up outbound calls to user.
Job Specification
Requirements
- Female only, preferably 30 years old or above.
- Minimum education is bachelors but Master's degree is preferable
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Should have basic knowledge of using computer for work.
- Should be able to write email responses and respond to member queries.
- Minimum two year of verifiable work experience
